I had a mixed experience with Pasa Paraná Operações Portuárias S/A. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. The communication with their customer support team was excellent, they were always responsive and helpful. However, the handling of the cargo was not up to par. The loading process took longer than expected, and there were some damages to the goods. Overall, I would rate them as average.
