I have been a customer of Hydroflow distributors (aust) pty ltd for several years now, and I must say their service is average at best. While they do deliver the products on time, their customer support is lacking. Whenever I have had an issue with an order, it takes them ages to respond and resolve the problem. I hope they improve their support system in the future.
