I have been a customer of ENCON Group Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While their insurance policies are reasonably priced and their claims process is fairly straightforward, I have found their customer service to be lacking. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait on hold for extended periods of time just to speak with a representative. Additionally, their website is not very user-friendly and can be difficult to navigate. Overall, I would rate ENCON Group Inc. as average and would recommend exploring other options before choosing them as your insurance provider.
