I recently purchased some insoles from their website. The quality of the product was just average, but the customer service was exceptional. They were very helpful in answering my queries. However, the shipping took longer than expected. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated the variety of products available. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I hope they can work on their shipping times. 😊
