I have been a Jazztel customer for a few months now and overall, I'm satisfied with their internet service. The speed is good, and I haven't experienced any major issues. However, there have been a few minor glitches and occasional slowdowns, which is why I'm giving them an average rating. Their customer service is helpful, but it could be more responsive.
