Zip telecom inc. is an average company with decent services. I have been using their services for a few years now and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The call quality is good and I have not faced any major issues with connectivity. However, there have been a few instances where the customer support was not very helpful. They need to improve their response time and provide better assistance to their customers.
