I recently purchased a large industrial machine from this company. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The machine itself is of good quality and has been working well for my business, but I do wish there had been more assistance with the setup process. Overall, it's an average experience - good product, but could improve on communication and support. ☺️
