The Yoga Integrated Science studio has become my happy place. The instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable. They create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. The classes are well-organized and tailored to different levels of experience. I appreciate the personalized adjustments and modifications. I can't recommend this studio enough!
