The company's website is pretty user-friendly and provides a decent amount of information about their services. However, upon further investigation, I found that their customer service can be quite frustrating to deal with. I had some inquiries about their offerings and tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but it took them quite a while to respond. When they did get back to me, the answers were vague and didn't fully address my concerns. While their services might be average, their customer support definitely needs improvement. I hope they work on being more responsive and transparent with their clients.
