The services provided by Young identity (mcr) were satisfactory. The team was responsive to my needs and delivered the project on time. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of the overall quality and creativity. The final product lacked the wow factor that I was expecting. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and would consider working with them again in the future.
