I have been a loyal customer of Fiaf - French Institute Alliance Francaise for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes their response time can be a bit slow. The classes they offer are decent, although I feel like the curriculum could be more engaging. Overall, it's an okay place to learn French.
