I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Felix Tree Service for some tree trimming work in my backyard. While I wouldn't classify the experience as exceptional, it was certainly satisfactory. The crew arrived promptly and carried out the task efficiently, without any major issues. They demonstrated good knowledge and skill in their work, making sure to trim the trees without causing any damage to the surrounding area. The pricing was fair and in line with market rates. However, communication from the company could have been better, as I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the scheduling and progress of the job. Overall, I would rate their services as average – they did a decent job, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and responsiveness.
