I had an average experience with Trekrussia. The website was easy to navigate and find information, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiries, and when I finally got a reply, it was not very helpful. The trip itself was alright, nothing spectacular. I would say it was just an average trekking experience.
