I have mixed feelings about the Citrix user group community (cugc). While the website, mycugc.org, provides useful information and resources, I found the user experience to be somewhat lacking. Navigation can be confusing at times and it took me a while to find the specific topics or discussions I was looking for. However, the community members are friendly and willing to help. With some improvements to the website's usability, this user group community has the potential to be great.
