As a CUSTOMER, I tried the offtheshelfdiet.com plan and I must say, it was truly average. The meals were okay and the service was decent, but it didn't really stand out among other diet plans. I expected something more unique and innovative, but sadly it wasn't the case. Despite that, it did help me shed a few pounds, so I can't complain too much.
