I had a mixed experience with Monugrid®. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were lacking. The customer support team was responsive and helpful, addressing my questions and concerns promptly. However, I found the website to be a bit confusing and not very user-friendly. It took me some time to figure out how to navigate and find the information I needed. Overall, I would rate them as average.
