I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Comfy Bummy Diapers for a while now. Overall, I would rate this company as average. The quality of the diapers is decent, but I have found them to leak occasionally. However, the customer service is prompt and helpful, which is a big plus. I wish they would improve the absorbency of their diapers though.
