I have been a customer of housing.berkeley.edu for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. While the housing facilities are decent, there have been instances where my concerns were not addressed promptly. However, the staff is generally helpful and the location is convenient. With some improvements, Residential and Housing Services - U.C. Berkeley could provide a better experience for its customers.
