I recently purchased a necklace from this jewelry company and I must say it was just an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the overall quality of the necklace was not as impressive as I had hoped. The craftsmanship and materials used were decent, but not exceptional. The customer service was also average, with no standout moments of excellent assistance or personalized attention. The shipping was prompt and the packaging was nice, but nothing extraordinary. In terms of price, I found it to be slightly on the higher side for what I received. While my necklace is decent and I will wear it occasionally, I don't think I would actively seek out this company for future jewelry purchases.
