Sonia Group is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their products for a while now, and while they get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a solution to my problems. Overall, not bad but could be better.
