I recently worked with this company on a kitchen and bath remodel. The process was smooth, but I found the communication lacking. It was sometimes difficult to get a hold of the project manager, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The quality of the materials and workmanship was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The final result met my expectations, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. Despite the average experience, the end product was decent and functional. I would suggest potential customers to ensure they have clear communication expectations and to closely monitor the progress of their project to avoid any misunderstandings.
