I recently had my car serviced at this auto service center in Kalamazoo. The technicians were thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, and I didn't feel that my concerns were fully addressed. The pricing was reasonable, but I think they could be more transparent about the costs upfront. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information, which was a plus. Overall, it was an average experience - not the best, but not the worst either. I appreciated the convenience of scheduling online, but I hope they can improve their communication with customers. 😐
