I had an average experience with Select Caskets of Texas, Inc. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the casket. There were some minor flaws in the finish and the overall construction was not as sturdy as I had hoped. Nevertheless, the customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund. I appreciate their willingness to address my concerns.
