I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that specializes in floor systems and I must say that my experience was quite average. The website was simple and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. The customer service was adequate, but nothing extraordinary. They were able to answer my queries promptly, although there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were professional, completing the job within the expected timeframe. However, I felt that the quality of the materials used could have been better, as I noticed some minor imperfections in the finished product. Overall, my experience with this company was average. While they did a decent job, there were no standout features that exceeded my expectations.
