I had the opportunity to work with Dongguan City Kinwah Machinery Co., Ltd. and it was an average experience. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service could use some improvement. The staff was not the most responsive and it took longer than expected to address any issues that arose. Overall, I would consider other options before choosing to work with them again.
