I recently booked a vacation package with this company and I have to say, it was a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I found that the options for destinations and accommodations were quite limited compared to other travel agencies I've used in the past. The customer service was average, as the representatives were polite but not overly helpful in terms of providing detailed information or answering specific questions. The prices were also just average, not too expensive but not necessarily a great deal either. Overall, I had an average experience with this company and I'm not sure if I would choose them again for future travels.
