I had a disappointing experience with Mërgimi travel & tours. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my inquiries. The tour guide was not very knowledgeable and seemed unprepared. The itinerary was also poorly planned, leaving us with limited time at each attraction. Overall, I would not recommend Mërgimi travel & tours to others.
