I recently purchased a new home from a Maryland-based homebuilder, and my experience was fairly average. The process of choosing a floor plan and customizing the design was smooth, and the customer service team was responsive to my inquiries. However, I did encounter some delays in the construction timeline, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of the home itself is decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed post-move-in. Overall, while my experience was not exceptional, it was not entirely disappointing either. I would suggest that the company pays more attention to construction timelines and improves the post-sale customer support to enhance the overall customer experience.
