I had an average experience with Pixelworks. The website pixelworks.com was easy to navigate and the product information was clear and detailed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for someone to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, they didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful. Overall, I would say Pixelworks is just okay.
