I recently came across a pet shop website while looking for some supplies for my furry friend. While the website of the company was user-friendly and visually appealing, the overall experience was average. The product selection was decent, though not extensive. The prices were reasonable and competitive, but I found some items to be slightly overpriced compared to other similar stores. The checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived within the estimated time frame. However, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging as it was not very sturdy, and one of the items got slightly damaged during transit.
