I recently had the opportunity to work with portal developments for a project. Overall, my experience was average. The company's website was informative and easy to navigate, which made finding the information I needed relatively simple. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which caused delays in the project timeline. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Additionally, their pricing was slightly higher than what I had anticipated. While I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism, I was left feeling underwhelmed by the overall experience. I would consider working with them again if the pricing was more competitive and the communication improved.
