The products and services provided by Grel are average. They are neither great nor excellent. I have used their website multiple times and overall, I am satisfied with my experience. The user interface is easy to navigate, and the products are of decent quality. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. I had a minor issue with one of my orders, and it took longer than expected to get a response. It would be great if they could work on their response times and provide better support.
