I recently worked with a law firm for some legal issues and found the services provided to be average. The website was user-friendly and informative, and I appreciated the variety of legal services offered. However, I found the response time to be a bit slow, and the communication could have been more proactive. The legal team was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt the personal touch was lacking. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and follow-up. 😐
