I had a mixed experience with Zagis s. a. de c. v. Overall, the service was average. While some aspects were great, others fell short of my expectations. The customer support team was helpful and responsive, which was a definite plus. However, the delivery time for my order was much longer than I had anticipated. Additionally, the packaging of the product was not as secure as I would have liked, resulting in some damage. Overall, I would rate Zagis as average and hope that they can improve in certain areas.
