I recently started going to a gym in Sandton and I am really enjoying it. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of workout options available and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I am already seeing results and would definitely recommend this gym to others.
