I recently used a pallet recycling company to purchase some refurbished pallets for my business. I found the purchasing process fairly simple and the website was easy to navigate. The quality of the pallets was decent, and they were able to deliver them within the agreed-upon time frame. However, I did encounter some communication issues with the company regarding an adjustment in the delivery schedule, which was a bit frustrating. Although the overall experience was average, I would have appreciated more responsiveness and clarity from their customer service team. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with the products and would consider using their services again in the future.
