I had to change a broken lock in my house, and Village Lock & Key did an average job. The locksmith arrived on time and replaced the lock, but I did notice a small misalignment afterward. The pricing was fair, but I expected a little better attention to detail. Overall, their service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
