I recently tried the LED light therapy device from this company and had an average experience. The device itself is lightweight and easy to use, and I appreciate the fact that it is FDA-cleared for various skin conditions. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about the device, it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Additionally, the device did not come with clear instructions on how to use it properly, so I had to do some research on my own. In terms of results, I did notice a slight improvement in my skin's texture and tone, but it was not as dramatic as I had hoped. Overall, my experience with this company was average.
