I recently availed the security services from Eficaz, and while the security systems are good, I had some issues with the customer support. The representatives were not as responsive as expected, and it took longer than anticipated to get my concerns addressed. However, once the issues were resolved, the security systems performed as expected. I would recommend Eficaz, but with the caveat of potential customer support delays.
