We had a mixed experience at the Ickworth Hotel. While the location and ambience were fantastic, we found the staff to be lacking in professionalism. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the cleanliness could have been better. The food at the hotel restaurant was average at best. Overall, we were slightly disappointed with our stay.
