I recently used the services of total-tech.com and found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of technical services available. The technicians who visited my home were professional and knowledgeable, but the overall service felt average. I appreciated the convenience of booking online, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness.
