I recently purchased some hops from them and overall, I found the experience to be quite average. The product quality was decent, but I did have some issues with the customer service. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, and I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. Additionally, the website could be a bit more user-friendly in terms of finding information about their products. However, once I received the hops, they were of good quality and met my brewing needs. In the future, I hope to see some improvement in the customer service and website usability to make the overall experience more pleasant.
