I had a mixed experience with a recent purchase from an online optical company. While the website was user-friendly and the prices were reasonable, the quality of the product was subpar. The frames felt cheap and flimsy, and the lenses were not accurately prescribed. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere for optical needs.
