I had a very average experience with Radio taxi astral. The drivers were on time and the vehicles were clean, but the overall customer service was lacking. I expected more from a reputable company like astral.cl. The drivers were not very friendly and didn't seem to care about providing a pleasant experience. The rates were also higher than I expected. I would consider using another taxi service in the future.
