I recently used Banda Property to find a new home and I have mixed feelings about my experience. 🏡 The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of properties to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very responsive and took a long time to get back to me with information. 😕 Additionally, the process of arranging viewings seemed disorganized, with multiple rescheduling and last-minute cancellations. 📅 On the positive side, once I did manage to view a property, it was in good condition and matched the description provided. 🏠 Overall, I would rate my experience with Banda Property as average. The company has potential, but improvements in communication and organization are necessary to provide a better customer experience. ⭐⭐⭐
