I've been a customer of Missouri Bootheel Regional Consortium, Inc. for over five years and I must say that their services are average. While they do a decent job in delivering what they promise, there is still room for improvement. The staff is friendly and competent, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to inquiries. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but I believe they can do better.
