I recently used a company's services for an environmental project. The company was quite average in terms of their service. They were prompt in communication and showed up on time, but I felt that the quality of their work could have been better. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was helpful when I was researching their services. However, I was hoping for a more personalized approach from the team. Overall, they did the job, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service and attention to detail.
