I recently purchased a couple of items from their website. The website design is unique and easy to navigate. However, I found the product descriptions to be lacking in detail 🤔. Although the quality of the items is decent, the pricing seems a bit steep for what you receive. On the positive side, the shipping was speedy, and the packaging was eco-friendly ♻️. Customer service was responsive, but I wish they offered more personalization options for their products. Overall, it's a decent experience, but there's room for improvement in providing more transparent information about the products and their value.
