I recently used this company for my vacation planning and I must say, they provided an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information about various destinations. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and even then, the answers were not very detailed. The booking process was smooth, but the prices were slightly higher compared to other similar services. Upon arrival at my destination, the itinerary provided was decent, but there were a few errors in the timings and locations of certain attractions. The accommodations arranged by the company were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I would consider using them again in the future, but only if I cannot find better options elsewhere.
