I had mixed feelings about my experience with Mohawk Energy. On one hand, their products are fantastic, and the website is well-designed. On the other hand, their customer service was not up to par. It took a long time to get a response, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was okay.
